Dr. Sharon Grossman coaches women in medicine all over the world who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. She works with them to stay calm, even in situations that are seemingly scary, to effectively manage the demands on their time, and quickly bounce back from adversity.

Dr. Grossman is also the author of the upcoming book The 7E Solution to Burnout which draws on two decades of experience as a psychologist and serves as a guide for high achievers to explore their inner journey to feeling empowered.
